The Role

You will be responsible for :

1.      Project Management

-         Lead SAP new feature implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to closure.

-         Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP initiatives.

-         Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

-         Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


2.      SAP Maintenance & Management

-         Oversee the integration of SAP modules with other enterprise systems.

-         Ensure the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and support of existing SAP systems.

-         Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of SAP modules.

-         Ensure the SAP masters are updated.

-         Ensure system stability, security, and performance.

-         Manage SAP system upgrades and patches.

-         Monitor or configure SAP alert or notifications and keep the SAP system comply with audits & compliances.

-         Identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

-         Prepare and present status reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations.


3.      Team Leadership

-         Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers.

-         Assign tasks and monitor progress.

-         Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.


4.      Business Alignment

-         Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

-         Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related matters within the organization.

-         Communicate effectively with senior management, business stakeholders, and IT teams.

-         Ensure SAP solutions align with business processes and objectives.

-         Provide strategic guidance on SAP capabilities and best practices.


5.      Technical Expertise

-         Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends.

-         Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.

-         Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.


6.      Vendor Management

-         Coordinate with SAP vendors and consultants.

-         Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.

-         Ensure timely delivery of services and support.


7.      Training and Development

-         Develop training programs for end-users and team members.

-         Conduct training sessions and workshops.

-         Promote continuous learning and development within the team.

Ideal Profile

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4 Hana implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM and HR.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
