We are seeking atalented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.As a Data Scientist at Yashuss Unlimited you will play a key rolein extracting insights from complex data sets to drive strategicdecisions and improve business outcomes. You will work closely withcrossfunctional teams both internal and external stakeholders toidentify opportunities develop models and deliver actionablerecommendations.



Responsibilities

  • DataAnalysis and Exploration: Utilizestatistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyzelarge datasets identify trends and extract meaningfulinsights.

  • ModelDevelopment: Design develop and implementpredictive models and algorithms to solve business problems andoptimizeprocesses.

  • DataVisualization: Create compelling datavisualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectivelytostakeholders.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders from various departments tounderstand their requirements and develop datadriven solutions tomeet theirneeds.

  • Experimentationand Optimization: Design and executeexperiments to test hypotheses and improve modelperformance.

  • ContinuousLearning: Stay updated with the latestdevelopments in data science and incorporate new techniques andtechnologies into ourprocesses.

  • Documentation:Document methodologies assumptions and results clearly andconcisely for internal and externalaudiences.



Requirements

  • EducationalBackground: Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Statistics Mathematics or a relatedfield.

  • Experience:3 to 6 years of experience in a data science or analytics role witha proven track record of delivering impactful insights andsolutions.

  • AnalyticalMindset: Ability to think critically solvecomplex problems and drive datadrivendecisionmaking.

  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaboratewith crossfunctional teams and present findings to nontechnicalstakeholders.

  • Adaptability:Flexibility to adapt to changingpriorities and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.

  • TechnicalSkills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages suchas Python orR.

  • Strongunderstanding of statistical concepts and machine learningtechniques.

  • Experiencewith data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or NoSQL / Mongodatabases.

  • Familiaritywith data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI orMatplotlib.



Coordinate managers, resources, equipment and information Breakprojects into doable actions and set timeframes Liaise with clientsto identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Assigntasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Makesure that clients needs are met as projects evolve Help preparebudgets Analyse risks and opportunities Oversee project procurementmanagement Monitor project progress and handle any issues thatarise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status toall participants Work with the Project Manager to eliminateblockers Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresIssue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms ofagreement) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met throughconducting quality assurance tests
