About the team:

The Learning Solutions team consists of muti media developer who develop training materials for clients and customers. This team supports the development of eLearning content for the FIS core products. They will also have to develop Learn More content which is user assistance that is linked into each product for our clients.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as Instructional Designer or in similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of Instructional Design models and learning theories.
  • Experience in course development tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and RISE), Camtasia, Audacity, etc.
  • Visual design skills and ability to storyboard/script writing.
  • Ability to navigate Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including editing course content for correct punctuation, syntax, and grammar.
  • Understanding of LMS.
  • Ability to work and deliver in fact paced environment and deliver under pressure situation.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time, should have strong time management skills.
  • Any programming languages and applications related to training development is added advantage.

What you will be doing:

  • Develops a solid understanding of FIS core products.
  • Create technical specifications for projects using approved templates and processes.
  • Designing and developing simulation-based/web-based training including storyboarding, scripting, editing.
  • Use state of the art tools and technologies for development, maintenance, production and distribution of multi-media training materials / web-based training content.
  • Use of rapid authoring, design and development tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia etc for the development of trainings materials for clients and customers.
  • Should be ready to use and good knowledge on video editing tools.
  • Mananing projects independently including scope definition, risk assessment, estimating.
  • Use of Agile methodology to deliver projects and communicates status to stakeholders.
