Requirements:

  • More than5 years of experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud and at least 3years of handson experience in oracle subscription managementcloud.
  • At least one OSM endto end implementation experience with good knowledge on OSMfunctional configurations BIP/OTBI reports Burstingqueries.
  • Knowledge ofimplementing subscription renewals evergreen subscriptions andusagebasedrenewals.
  • Setup knowledge ofpricing item and CDM (customer data management) user and rolecreation
  • Experience in writingand understanding Groovy triggers/object functions custom objectservice mapping/algorithms REST and SOAPAPIs.
  • Handled at least oneintegration from and toOSM.
  • Good with excel baseddata analysis to identify what APIs needs to run for the OSM datacorrection.
  • Work as a singlepoint of contact for the business understand the requirements andderive an amicable solution that is acceptable to the businessdocument the design documents and get the approval from thebusiness.
  • Knowledge of JIRAwill be addedadvantage.
  • Handle the supporttickets related to OSM within the defined SLA.
