Position Summary: We arelooking for a highly organized and detailorientedRecruitment Coordinator to support our talentacquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel inadministrative tasks and are passionate about ensuring a smooth andefficient recruitment process.

KeyResponsibilities:

Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Candidate Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates providingtimely updates and information throughout the recruitmentprocess.

JobPosting: Assist in creating and posting jobadvertisements across various platforms to attract potentialcandidates.

DatabaseManagement: Maintain and update recruitmentdatabases ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidateinformation.

OnboardingSupport: Assist in the onboarding process bycoordinating new hire paperwork orientation sessions and otherrelated tasks.

RecruitmentReporting: Prepare reports on recruitment activitiesincluding metrics on candidate pipelines interview outcomes andtimetofill.

Collaboration: Work closelywith recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment needsand provide administrative support.

Document Preparation: Assistin the preparation of recruitmentrelated documents such as offerletters and employment contracts.

Event Coordination: Helporganize and coordinate recruitment events job fairs and campushiring initiatives.

ProcessImprovement: Identify opportunities to enhance theefficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.

Strongorganizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite andfamiliarity with applicant tracking systems.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information withconfidentiality.

Eagerness to learn and grow inthe recruitment field.
