TheRoleContext:


We areseeking an experienced and innovative Senior Solutions Architect tojoin our AI/ML Incubation Centre. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for transforming creative ideas into scalable andimpactful technological solutions. This role will require a deepunderstanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning withthe ability to navigate and lead complex project ecosystems fromconception to deployment. The candidate will be responsible forreviewing business context for solutions to department/sectorchallenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for thesolution recommending potential options selecting the most optimaloption and the development of a roadmap for the selectedsolution. Preference will be given tocandidates having experience of working on projects undercentral/stategovernments/PSUs.


KeyResponsibilities:

Lead thedevelopment of project frameworks integrating AI/ML technologies tosolve complex business challenges presented by our clients.

Bepart of the ideation session and technical evaluation of the ideascoming from the clients to ensure the technical feasibility andscalability of solutions with a handson approach in coding andarchitectural design. Facilitating such meetings will also be theresponsibility of this position.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to design test and refine AI/ML modelsand resolve technical problems as theyarise.

Drive thetranslation of business needs into technical strategy creatingadvanced solution architectures in AI/MLdomains.

Providetechnical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teamsthroughout the incubation and solutionlifecycle.

Oversee thesolution development process ensuring best practices in machinelearning data management and softwaredevelopment.

Stay abreast ofemerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies to drive innovationand continuous improvement within the incubationcentre.

Work closelywith Head Incubation Centre (CTO ofWGDT).

Assess thebusiness impact that certain technical choiceshave.


Skills&Experience:

Education

Bachelor sdegree in Computer Science Information Systems ArtificialIntelligence Machine Learning or equivalent education.


Experience.

Total experienceof 10 to 15 years out of which a minimum of 7 years of professionalexperience in designing and implementing AI/MLsolutions.

Demonstratedexperience in leading largescale AI/ML projects from ideation toproduction.

Strongprogramming skills in Python R or other relevant languages withproficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlowPyTorch).

Experience withcloud platforms and understanding of deploying AI/ML solutions atscale.

Knowledge ofbest practices in data governance ethics in AI and ensuring privacyand security of data in machine learningmodels.

Excellentproblemsolving analytical and critical thinkingskills.

Proven abilityto work in a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment.

Strongcommunication and leadership skills with the capability to mentorand lead technicalteams.

Prior experiencein a startup or incubation environment is highlypreferred.

The Role Context: We are seeking an experienced and innovativeSenior Solutions Architect to join our AI/ML Incubation Centre. Theideal candidate will be responsible for transforming creative ideasinto scalable and impactful technological solutions. This role willrequire a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machinelearning, with the ability to navigate and lead complex projectecosystems from conception to deployment. Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologiesand methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvementwithin the incubation centre. Work closely with Head IncubationCentre (CTO of WGDT).
