Job Purpose

The Design Engineer is responsible to develop design and analysis of components for existing/New products of Royal Enfield . The incumbent will be responsible for Designing components and aggregates in line with vehicle package and styling requirements. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in High Power DC-DC/AC-DC converter, Inverter/ Motor drives power electronics hardware design and development.
  • Experience in MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation of DC-DC/AC-DC converter and control loop design
  • Experience in Analog and digital circuit design and development.
  • Knowledge of EV Vehicles
  • Understanding of EV Battery Pack Components(DC-DC, BMS, OBC)
  • Knowledge of BUSBAR Design & Design Calculations
  • Knowledge of Electronics Component Selections
  • Knowledge Of Power Electronics & Mechatronics
  • Knowledge of FTA, DFMEA & GD


Work Experience
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)
  • 5+ years of Experience working in Hardware Design 
  • Design and Development of automotive lighting system.
  • Knowledge of automotive global Hardware standards.
  • Experience on working on EV Projects.
