Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Executive/Sr Executive for a Full-Time position located in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Rewari. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role is pivotal in handling various operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning. Key areas of focus will be purchase, vendor management, and data management using MS Excel.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum work experience of 3 years and maximum of 6 years in relevant fields
  • Proficiency in purchase management (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in vendor management (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Roles and Responsibilities:


Ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services, invoice processing.


  • Research potential vendors, identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Preparation & Execution of purchase orders, Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • MIS - Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Prepare & maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices, including cost analyses
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, pricing, and product availability.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
