TheRole

Thecandidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financialrecords verifying supplier agreements booking invoices andmaintaining crucial financialreports.


SkillsRequirements

Thisrole requires proficiency in SAP and Excel along with strongcommunication skills to collaborate with effectively internal teamsand externalpartners.



Requirements
  • Ensurethat all supplier agreements and purchase orders are accurate andcomply with the companys policies beforeprocessing.
  • Reviewand verify supplier invoices for accuracy ensuring properdocumentation and approval before booking them in thesystem.
  • Theverification and entry of credit card transactions into theaccounting system ensuring that all entries are accurate andtimely.
  • Processand record employee reimbursement requests ensuring compliance withcompany policies and properdocumentation.
  • Verifyand process subcontractor invoices ensuring that they meet theterms of the contract and are properlydocumented.
  • Managethe booking of Intercompany invoices ensuring accuracy andcompliance with Intercompanyagreements.
  • Generateand analyze supplier aging reports to monitor outstanding invoicesand manage paymentseffectively.
  • Maintainpayroll accounts and schedules ensuring that all entries areaccurate and processed ontime.
  • Regularlyupdate and monitor cash flow statements to ensure the financialhealth of theorganization.
