Job Description

As HMI Presales responsible, primarily for APAC region, you would:

  1. Represent HMI and Design Studio Business Area (BA) interests in the region.
  2. Liaise with sales teams and internal (GB) / external partners to promote the portfolio.
  3. Support sales team in lead generation activities.
  4. Represent BA in various internal/external events and industry forums.
  5. Be the first point of contact for prospects as BA designate.
  6. Act as a presales consultant to our prospective customers.
  7. Present and demonstrate solutions / PoCs / concepts to prospects.
  8. Consult with prospects to understand and elicit their problem statement, requirements and constraints.
  9. Work with in-house HMI experts to develop or customize the solutions to be offered.
  10. Sell the services / solution to the technical team of customer with clear value proposition articulation.
  11. Anchor proposal preparations.
  12. Lead proposal preparation activities to deliver quick yet comprehensive responses in UX/UI, HMI development and test automation.
  13. Co-ordinate preparations between multiple teams and disciplines/functions.
  14. Support technical team in clarifying any open points with customers.
  15. Own the final proposal/SOW document delivery to sales, including support to create a winning commercial model.
  16. Perform market trend scouting
  17. Scout target markets for shifts or evolution in technologies, business models, etc. that influence our current/future business.
  18. Feedback information to BA and technical teams, to enable high market relevance of portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Fulltime BE or B.Tech in any discipline.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing shall be a huge plus


Additional Information

  • 6-8 years of experience in Presales in UX/ HMI Dev/ V&V as part of a development team, portfolio team or product management team.
