  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new design talent, ensuring a high standard of design excellence across the team.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Lead initiatives to improve design processes, introduce new tools and methodologies, and ensure the team stays on the cutting edge of design trends.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that design is a core component of all company initiatives, from marketing campaigns to product development.


Requirements
  • Experience: At least 7-15 years in UX/UI design, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role within a design team.
  • Design Expertise: Strong background in both UX and UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Exceptional client management skills, with experience consulting on design projects and leading client presentations.
  • Sales & Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and business development, with the ability to consult on design solutions that drive business growth.
  • Recruitment & Talent Development: Experience in recruiting and developing design talent, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
  • Process Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing design operations, including resource allocation, process optimization, and project delivery.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Ability to drive innovation within the design team and solve complex design challenges creatively and efficiently.
