Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Nalgonda, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the paint industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the paint industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the paint industry and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory and build strong relationships
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends
  • Promote and sell Cemech Luxury Paints products to customers and provide product demonstrations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
