We are seeking an experienced and driven sales leader to spearhead our efforts in a designated geographical area.

About the Role:

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage, train, and provide guidance to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their targets.
  • Sales Target Setting: Establish realistic sales goals for the sales team and monitor their performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess the sales team's performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Territory Development: Visit potential and existing customers within your assigned area to promote our offerings and build brand awareness.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
