JobDescription:We areseeking a skilled and experienced Client Representative with abackground in interior design or architecture with a minimum of 5years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eyefor detail excellent communication skills and the ability toeffectively manage client relationships. As a Client Representativeyou will be responsible for understanding client requirementspreparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) creating designs andcoordinating with clients to address any workrelated issues orupdates.
**Responsibilities:
1.ClientInteraction:Act as the primary point of contact for clientsestablishing and maintaining positive relationships throughout theprojectlifecycle.
2.SiteVisits:Conduct site visits to assess project requirements gathermeasurements and gain a thorough understanding of client needs andpreferences.
3.Billsof Quantities (BOQ):Utilize your expertise to prepare accurate anddetailed BOQs including materials quantities and cost estimates inalignment with projectspecifications.
4.DesignDevelopment:Collaborate with clients to develop innovative andfunctional design concepts that meet their aesthetic and practicalpreferences while adhering to budgetaryconstraints.
5.Coordination:Serveas a liaison between clients and internal project teams ensuringseamless communication and coordination to achieve projectobjectives.
6.ProblemSolving:Proactivelyidentify and address any challenges or issues that arise during theproject offering creative solutions to meet client needs andmaintain projecttimelines.
7.Documentation:Maintaincomprehensive project documentation including design plans BOQscorrespondence and change orders to ensure accuracy andaccountability throughout the projectlifecycle.
8.Updatesand Reporting:Keep clients informed of project progress milestonesand any deviations from the original scope providing timely updatesand reports asneeded.
**Requirements:**
1.Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or relatedfield.2. Provenexperience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and developinginterior designconcepts.3. Strongproficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp orRevit.4. Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.5. Abilityto effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously whilemaintaining attention to detail andquality.6.Flexibility to travel to client sites within Bangalore as neededand work outside of standard business hours to accommodate projectrequirements.7.Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach toclientsatisfaction.8.Knowledge of construction processes materials and industrytrends.9. Previousexperience in clientfacing roles or project management ispreferred.
