Our Client sees a diligent anddetailorientated individual to join their team as a Home LoanProcessor. In this role you will serve as a primary point ofcontact for the processing needs of the mortgage team inAustralia to ensurea smooth and efficient client experience from start to finish whileadhering to regulatory guidelines and maintaining the higheststandards. Your responsibilities willinclude

• Proactively providingupdates on application progress
• Liaising withlenders to expedite assessments and
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate seamlessprocessing.

Additionally you willbe responsible for addressing any additional requests from lenderscollecting necessary documents and responding promptly to ensuretimely completion of applications.
KeyResponsibilities

• LoanApplication Processing: Assist clientsn in completing mortgageapplications accurately and efficiently ensuring all necessarydocumentation is provided and verified.
• BrokerSupport: Collaborate with brokers to provide any additionalinformation or documentation required for loan approval and addressany issues that may arise during the application and approvalprocess.
• Documentation Management: Maintainorganized and uptodate records of all client information loanapplications and related documentation ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements.
• Loan productKnowledge: Stay informed about various mortgage products interestrates and lending guidelines to provide clients with accurateinformation and guidance in selecting the most suitable loanoptions.
• Pricing and Valuations: Ability tocomplete a new or amend an existing pricing request and orderdifferent types of valuations with a variety of lenders viaCoreLogic or their portals.
• ComplianceAdherence: Ensure all mortgagerelated activities comply withrelevant regulations policies and procedures including those setforth by regulatory authorities such as APRA andASIC.
• Ethical Conduct: Adhere to the higheststandards of professional ethics and integrity in all interactionsand interactions maintaining confidentiality and acting in the bestinterest of clients and the organization at alltimes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration finance or relatedfield.
• Demonstrated experience of 2 years inmortgage processing showcasing a strong understanding of Australianmortgage processing.
• Strong understanding andskill set in applying online and lodgement ofapplications.
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact withclients lenders andstakeholders.
• Detailoriented approach with acommitment to accuracy and efficiency in processing home loanapplications.
• Ability to work independently andmanage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpacedenvironment.
