JobDescription:
As an HR Specialist atTalentMark Academy you will be responsible for a range ofactivities related to industry relations placements and maintaininga positive connection with our partner companies. Keyresponsibilities include:
1. **Industry Relations andConnections**: Develop and nurture relationships with industryprofessionals organizations and companies to enhance placementopportunities for our students.
2. **Placement Support**:Facilitate the placement process by coordinating with companiesorganizing placement drives and ensuring successful placements forour students.
3. **Feedback Calls**: Conductfeedback calls to both students and companies after placementsgathering insights to continually improve our programs andplacement processes.
4. **Interviews**: Take anactive role in conducting interviews for potential candidatesassessing their skills and ensuring a good match with therequirements of our partner companies.
5. **DatabaseManagement**: Maintain a comprehensive and updated database ofcompanies including contact details requirements and placementhistory.
6. **Relationship Maintenance**: Regularly communicatewith partner companies organizing periodic meetings and ensuring astrong and positive relationship with each.
7. **MonthlyCalls**: Reach out to companies on a monthly basis to maintain andstrengthen the relationship addressing any concerns orfeedback.
8. **Presentability**: As theface of TalentMark Academy present a professional and positiveimage in all interactions both internal andexternal.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
Proven experience inhuman resources placement or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
Ability to conductinterviews and assess candidate suitability.
Excellent organizational skills and attention todetail.
Proactive andselfmotivated with the ability to workindependently.
Presentable witha professional demeanor.
