JobOverview

We are looking for acreative and technically skilled ELearning Developer for anautomobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordesigning developing and implementing engaging elearning contents.The ELearning Developer will collaborate with instructionaldesigners and other team members to create effective andinteractive learningexperiences.

JobResponsibilities:

  • Workclosely with instructional designers and SMEs to understandlearning objectives
  • Design and developinteractive multimediarich elearning courses modules and materialsusing authoring tools multimedia software and learning managementsystems (LMS).
  • Create engaging and visuallyappealing learning materials incorporating multimedia elements suchas videos simulations animations and graphics.
  • Utilize various elearning development tools(e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Camtasia) to build anddeliver effective learning solutions.
  • Ensurecontent is accessible userfriendly and compatible across multipledevices and platforms.
  • Conduct qualityassurance checks to validate the functionality and effectiveness ofelearning modules.
  • Stay updated on emergingtrends technologies and best practices in elearning andinstructional design to enhance course development strategies.

JobRequirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Instructional Design Educational Technology MultimediaDesign or related field.
  • Proven experience inelearning development instructional design or a relatedrole.
  • Proficiency in elearning authoring toolssuch as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or similarsoftware.
  • Strong understanding of instructionaldesign principles adult learning theories and elearning bestpractices.
  • Experience in multimedia contentdevelopment (e.g. video editing graphic design animation) is aplus.
  • Excellent communication and collaborationskills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Freshers with good knowledge ofelearning development can alsoapply.
