- To periodically reviewtax returns prepared by controllers and toensure
- timely and error free paymentof central excise duty and GST after adjusting the eligible inputtax credit which result in minimal cashoutflow.
- Error free filing of excisereturns and all the GST returns in all States well within the duedates.
- ensure proper distribution ofinput tax credit at ISD and timely filing of ISD returns underGST.
- Availment of 100% eligible ITCunder Excise GST to ensure minimal cash outflow while dischargingduty liability.
- Ensure properreversal of common credit used for GST and NonGSTproducts.
- To monitor and verify therefund claims filed with the taxauthorities.
- Ensure timely filing ofrefund claims under Excise andGST.
- To respond the queries /Notices issued by the tax authorities and to ensure credit ofrefund claim into company saccounts.
- To manage all internal andexternal audits and address audit queries upto the satisfaction ofauditors.
- To work with TaxConsultants on the litigationmatter.
- To ensure timely filing ofreplies of SCNs to attend PHs and to file appeals in coordinationwith CLO seller and TaxConsultants.
- To maintain cordial andworking relationship with senior government officials and seniorexcise and GSTofficials
