Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive . As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Thane, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the Thane market and a strong network of potential clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed KPIs
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with product and market trends
  • Provide excellent customer service and support post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and strategies
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
