Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to ensure that the company's global
financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis will represent the results of the company strategic action to
protect the company’s assets and help TaskUs achieve its financial targets. As you tackle your new tasks for the
day, you will work as Individual Contributor to drive to achieve individual, departmental and company short and
long-term goals. You will work with inter-department and intra-department team in providing the company’s
management financial reports to help drive revenue and margin targets globally. You should ensure that financials
be presented to management in a fair and accurate manner with integrity and compliance. In future, you should
see yourself growing & leading a team of FPA analysts and Managers
As you look at your tasks for the day as FP&A Director, you must collaborate with the different groups within the
company like client services, operations team and other corporate support functions. This role would be focusing
on but not limited to preparing for board meeting, forecasting of cash , balance sheet, provide detailed analysis &
commentary on results, communicating results with senior leadership within the organization for improvement
that would lead to revenue increase & cost reduction. Along with this, you will work across departments to ensure
the success of the annual budget process, monitoring results, comparison of budget with actual and be able to
explain the variances on during management reporting calls and or sessions.
Working with business unit heads to figure out their likely revenue and expenses over the next several quarters
This does not end here because you will also assist Drive improvement through systems and tools to maximize
efficiency and actionable insights. You will implement necessary standardization and continuously monitor & bring
improvement whilst maximizing business growth and profitability. Do you have what it takes to become a FP&A

Requirements:
What is it we’re looking for? Since this is a Director post we’d need someone with experience in being one, if you
have at least 15 years of experience and at least 6 years of experience in having an executive role, you qualify for
the role. We need someone who has strong experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously and across
functions within organization and exposure with CXO level. Someone with experience in various domains in the
outsourcing Industry would definitely have an edge.
Someone with CA or Masters in finance or equivalent degree would be able a good fit for this role.
We need someone who has extensive knowledge and skills in using MS Office applications & Google business
applications, particularly Google sheets, slides. Experience in financial reporting or someone with experience in
implementation or handling financial planning tools would be added advantage.
