Director - Revenue & Technical Accounting

Full-time

As the Director / Associate Director of Finance at GreyOrange, you will be responsible for Global Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), Technical Accounting matters, and the Treasury function. This role will also require interaction and dialogue with relevant department stakeholders to complete their tasks smoothly. You should be able to quickly and accurately supply the information leadership demands to make business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the three company financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statement) monthly and annually. Oversee and drive internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Prepare technical accounting memos on complex transactions, including financing, investments, derivatives, etc. Draft, update, and maintain the Company's accounting policies. Ensuring debt covenant compliance, directing investments of cash, and monitoring operating cash requirements Establishing and maintaining relationships with commercial bankers, allowing open discussion on terms of available financing Develop a proficient and thriving team within finance operations. Coach, train, and develop staff ensuring accountabilities are being met to expectation Assist OR Lead General Ledger/ Financial Reporting/ Process Automation related projects

Requirements:

Qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience Expert problem solver, Sound financial concepts, analytical thinker, and decision-maker Direct and control the staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Professional experience in a multinational company's fast-paced, rapidly changing operations will be considered a plus. Sound knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Financial ERP will be an added advantage.

Must-Have:

Qualified Chartered Accountant US Financial Auditing Experience
