Operation
- Attenddaily briefings and takes on daily assignedtasks
- Understand the difference in guest levels(VIPs) and Room Categories
- Clean and maintainareas of responsibility according to standards andprocedures
- Replenish guest supplies and ensurethat guests requests are promptly attendedto
- Report damage or malfunction in hotelrooms/areas to Supervisor
- Maintain equipment ina proper state of cleanliness
- Maintain asection room report as well as a daily productivityreport
- Reports lost and found articles to thehousekeeping office immediately
- Handle guestcomplaints tactfully and report incidents or any otherirregularities to Supervisor in a timelymanner
- Report unusual behavior/activities inguestroom floors/ public areas toSupervisor
- Record room status in allocatedsection accurately
- Carry out valet serviceswhen required (e.g. delivery of linen processing laundryorders)
OtherResponsibilities
- Bewell versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergencyprocedures
- Attend all briefings meetings andtrainings as assigned by management
- Maintain ahigh standard of personal appearance and hygiene at alltimes
- Perform other reasonable duties assignedby the assigned by the Management
- Establish andmaintain effective employee workingrelationships

- Respondprofessionally politely and efficiently to extraordinary requestsand complaints fromguests.
Qualifications:
- Primary schooleducation
- Good oral proficiency in Englishlanguage
