As a Senior Executive in Accounts Receivable, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the accounts receivable processes within the Finance and Accounts department. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely collections, accurate accounting of sales and receipts, and assisting in the preparation of revenue reports. You will also be responsible for client follow-ups, reconciliation of accounts, and updating reports based on bank receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Periodically send reminders to clients for overdue invoices.
  2. Ensure timely follow-up for marketplace (E-Commerce) collections and prepare pendency reports, including RTV and client payments.
  3. Ensure all sales and receipts are accurately accounted for in the books of accounts.
  4. Update reports accurately with all received payments from the bank, highlighting customer pending receipts for further action.
  5. Assist the Manager and team in preparing ad hoc and periodic revenue reports.
  6. Reconcile accounts for monthly accounts receivables.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of retail business.
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce and its operations.
  • Graduate degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Candidate:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in accounts receivable management, preferably with experience in retail and E-Commerce sectors. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
