TheWadhwani FPO Program is an important new initiative aimed atproviding capacitybuilding to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)and their support organizations Cluster Based BusinessOrganizations (CBBOs). Implemented in partnership with the Ministryof Agriculture and Farmers Welfare the program will deliverhighquality interactive content AI copilots and human services allleveraging the Wadhwani GenieAIplatform


Weare seeking a strong candidate for the role of ImplementationManager. This person will partner directly with the Small FarmersAgriBusiness Consortium (SFAC) in Delhi and will play a pivotalrole in overseeing the successful implementation of the initialpilot program and the evolution of the program as it expands. TheImplementation Manager will be responsible for establishing andmaintaining strong relationships with key national stakeholdersincluding SFAC Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD)Lucknow and LaxmanraoInamdar National Academy for CooperativeResearch & Development (LINAC) as well as relevant stategovernmentofficials.


KeyResponsibilities:


Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and project manager for allprogram workstreams: technical integration content developmenttraining deployment andevaluation.

Provide direct leadership in the training and deploymentworkstreams; liaise with Wadhwani Foundation staff leading thetechnical integration content development and evaluationworkstreams.

Collaborate effectively with Wadhwani Foundation staff and partnersto identify and overcome programobstacles.

Provide regular reports to leadership on activities andoutcomes.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the FPO ecosystem and theWadhwani Foundations capabilities in order to assess and proposeadditional partnershipopportunities.

Represent the Wadhwani Foundation in relevant forums conferencesand events to promote the Wadhwani FPOProgram.


Skills&Experience:


Atleast 10 years experience in programmanagement.

Proven track record of managing successful program implementationsin the Indian agricultural ecosystem preferably with FPOsspecifically.

Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with partnersincluding senior leadership to ensure programsuccess.

Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively withcrossfunctionalteams.

Experienceworking in Ministry ofAgriculture.

A genuine passionfor FPOcapacitybuildingwith a sense of urgency for achievingchange
