Job Title: Program Manager - Conscious Gifting


Overview:

Sirohi is looking for a highly organized and craft/home decor lover of a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end brand onboarding process for our Conscious Gifting vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shortlisting potential brands, vetting them thoroughly, managing the entire onboarding process, including 


Simply put, we need your help to scale and grow our conscious Gifting Vertical. We are growing our Gifting vertical globally and  are in need of someone who is interested in forming new relationships on behalf of the company. We are looking for eager people interested in consumer products, e-commerce, and building a brand. Specifically, scaling our product curation and brand partnerships; does that sound like an exciting opportunity for you?


What is Conscious Gifting 


In Aug 2023, Sirohi introduced a new vertical called Conscious Gifting where we partnered with 8 like-minded women-run home grown brands in India, to introduce products from their brands on the Sirohi platform. They were curated as hampers that are pitched to corporations and other such organizations as luxe-sustainable gifting options. This vertical generated over 70% of our revenue in 2023 and we aim to grow this with a hustler of a product curator. 



Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Sourcing & Shortlisting:

   - Conduct market research to identify potential brands suitable for collaboration.

   - Shortlist brands based on alignment with our brand values, design language, and fit for our target audience.


2. Vetting and Due Diligence:

   - Thoroughly shortlist brands for product quality and sustainability.

   

3. Onboarding Process:

   - Initiate and lead contract negotiations with selected brands.

   - Create and manage line sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.

   - Collaborate finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding.


4. Inventory Management:

   - Coordinate with the inventory (ground) team to monitor and manage stock levels.

   - Implement regular inventory checks and address restock / issues promptly.


5. Payment Reconciliation:

   - Implement a robust monthly payment reconciliation process.

   - Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payments to brand partners.


6. Social Media Collaboration:

   - Identify opportunities for brand collaboration on social media platforms.

   - Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns featuring brand partners.


7. B2B Order Support

  - Provide support for B2B orders generated through partner brands.

  - Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure seamless production and fulfillment of B2B orders.


8. Brand Relationship Management:

   - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.

   - Serve as the main point of contact for brands, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.



9. Performance Monitoring:

   - Track and analyze the performance of each brand.

   - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize brand visibility and sales.


Qualifications: 


  • Previous experience with a home grown brand where you were either a category manager, e-commerce manager or leading operations
  • Min 3-5 years of work experience 
  • Great email writing skills 
  •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Loves and has a strong understanding of Indian Home Decor Brands, Craft and Gifting Products
  •  Familiarity with inventory management systems and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
