Job Purpose

The position will be responsible for driving partnership channel for credit card acquisition. It includes user journeys management & KYC management for credit card originations.

Key Accountabilities

·Drive sales funnel to optimize sales conversions

·Lead engagement with risk and fraud management teams for effective controls

·Manage process controls across touch points

·Drive KYC completion and success rates

Job Duties & responsibilities

Sales Management: Work collaboratively with co-brand partner to

Optimize user journeys for seamless onboarding.

Drive biometric & Video KYC completion.

Stakeholder & vendor management

Work with internal stakeholders – Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Collections, Audit and Service.

Regulatory compliance and assessment

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines for all acquisition related parameters.

Ensure compliance of card guidelines

Required Experience

•Minimum experience of 6 years with 4 years in credit cards

•Conversant with card systems on originations, card management and interface with other linked systems.

•Good analytical skills to plan and execute portfolio campaigns

•Good presentation skills (conversant with MS Office)

Education / Preferred Qualifications

•MBA Degree/PGDM from a recognized university.

•Specialization in Digital Payments will be an added advantage

Technical Competencies

•Good analytical skills to monitor and execute engagement programs

•Good presentation skills (conversant with MS Office)

•Able to drive Data analysis on the sales engagement

•Craft solutions and Solve implementation roadblocks with the offering of the sales

•Provide competent technical info and knowledge

Work Relationship

•Reporting to Credit cards product head

•Working with Technology, Operations, Service, vendor(s), Compliance, Risk, Consumer Banking Product & distribution teams,

•Interactions w/direct reports of Heads of Departments and others defined from time to time
