Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.

    • Oversee multiple transformation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
    • Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

    • Analyze and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
    • Implement best practices and industry standards to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation projects
    • Experience in a shared services or centralized process environment
    • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in transformation and change management
    • Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and relationship management
    • Experience with ELT modules and applications
