Job Overview
Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our insulation solutions to clients in various industries. This is a full-time position in a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the insulation sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insulation, construction, building materials OR HVAC
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel as required
- Proficiency in MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors
- Present and demonstrate our insulation solutions to clients
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored insulation solutions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and support
