Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individualto join our team as an IT Recruitment Intern. This position offersa unique opportunity to learn about the recruitment process withinthe IT sector while assisting our experienced recruiters insourcing screening and engaging with potential candidates. Theideal candidate is passionate about technology possesses excellentcommunication skills and thrives in a collaborativeenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assistin sourcing and screening candidates for IT positions throughvarious channels including job boards social media and professionalnetworks.
  • Review resumes and applications toidentify qualified candidates that match clientrequirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screeningsto assess candidate qualifications availability and interest inspecific roles.
  • Coordinate and scheduleinterviews between candidates and recruiters or hiringmanagers.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodatecandidate records in our applicant tracking system(ATS).
  • Assist with drafting job descriptionsand posting job ads on relevant platforms.
  • Support recruiters in administrative tasks such as emailcorrespondence calendar management and data entry.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessionsto share insights and contribute ideas for improving recruitmentprocesses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IT recruitment and talentacquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Detailoriented withstrong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectivelyin a team environment.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is aplus.
