Job Description:
Reporting to the Business Head, the Sr. Manager will lead a team of Managers, Associate
Managers and Team Leaders. A dynamic people leader who understands the-bigger
picture-and can balance strategic vision and thought leadership with execution
excellence. The incumbent will bring extraordinary focus and expertise in and scaling a
dynamic operation and organization focused on customer-centricity, team growth and
well-being, and operational rigor.

The Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations program scope for a
client and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; set program
plan and make recommendations to modify it when necessary, set priorities, and ensure
optimization, and resolve conflicts to enhance effectiveness in reaching business results or
strategic goals. This is a key leadership role with P&L responsibility and will directly impact the growth trajectory of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Supervise, coach, and train a team of leaders. Take responsibility for their
professional growth.

P&L:Manage P&L of the business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy.

Operations:Drive continuous operational improvements for contact centeroperations,
including optimizing resource allocation within and across teams, improving operational
effectiveness, quality, and performance against SLAs, and measuring progress against
business goals. Research and recommend new technologies to increase efficiencies and
capabilities.Team Management:Manage high-performance teams, improve organizational efficiencies,
and build scalable business processes and infrastructure. Help align delivery capability to
pipeline demand. Design and run scaled operations with a data-oriented approach. Provide
visionand leadership for business.

Strategy:Lead cross-functional strategic planning activities to plan budgets, expansion
plans and operational plans (service design, operations costs, hiring, etc.)

Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction. Become the ‘Voice of the Customer’. Establish
strong relationships with clients.

Risk & Compliance:Ensure compliance with all client regulatory requirements

Business Growth:Lead & collaborate efforts with the solutions team for market opportunities. Support business growth by collaborating with Sales & marketing across geographies.

Key Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, MBA an asset.
●A minimum of 12-15 years experience in a similar management role.
●A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Sr.OM role managing a Sales team of 150+
people or more (preferably B2B).
●Experience in managing multiple client projects.
●Hands-on experience managing P&L, development, and execution of theoverall
business strategy.
●Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
●Experience applying Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies and tools in a service
environment.
●Previous experience successfully implementing new tools and technologies to
improve business outcomes.

Key Skills:
●Team player with solid leadership skills and a capacity to develop leaders.
●Proven ability to manage and lead large-scale teams.●Hands-on managing requests of various complexity levels, prioritizing, planning, and
delegating.
●Strong presentation creation and story-telling skills.
●Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
●Knowledge of the online advertising space will be an added advantage.
●Experience using SFDC or other CRM systems, an asset.
