PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Vendor ManagementSpecialist responsible for efficient vendor coordination preciseinvoice verification and systematic invoice processing in ourorganization. The ideal candidate should possess a deepunderstanding of invoicing processes be adept at maintaining vendorrelationships and ensure compliance with establishedprocedures.

Responsibilities:

1.VendorCoordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors fostering positiverelationships and effectivecommunication.
Collaborate with vendors to address queries resolve issues andensure smooth businessoperations.

2.InvoiceVerification:
Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy completeness andadherence to contractualterms.
Conduct thorough validation of delivered goods and services againstinvoicedamounts.

3.InvoiceProcessing:
Systematically process invoices in accordance with establishedprocedures and approvalworkflows.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to obtain necessary approvalsfor timely paymentprocessing.

4.SystemIntegration:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoice data into the systemmaintaining dataintegrity.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate vendor management systemswith financial software for streamlinedoperations.

5.Compliance andDocumentation:
Ensure all vendorrelated transactions and documentation comply withcompany policies and regulatoryrequirements.
Maintain organized and auditable records of invoices approvals andvendorcommunications.

6.ProcessImprovement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation invendor coordination and invoiceprocessing.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy invendormanagement.

7.Training andSupport:
Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding vendormanagement processes andprocedures.
Conduct training sessions to enhance understanding of invoicingprocesses.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a relatedfield.
Proven experience in vendor coordination invoice verification andinvoiceprocessing.
Indepth understanding of invoicing processes financial principlesand vendor relationshipmanagement.
Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
Proficiency in using financial software andsystems.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
