  • Be Accountable for ProductEngineering Services Delivery
  • Lead a team ofhardware and software engineers to work together to deliver complexprojects
  • Be responsible for effort estimationand daily progress on each project
  • Track theprojects progress by using the project plan and schedule as abasis
  • Individual contribution in Hardware andFirmware development to speed up the developmentwork
  • Maintains crossfunctional project plansfor each project
  • Identify and communicateissues appropriately
  • Define product developmentwork and assign to respective engineer responsible to complete workwithin timeline
  • Ensure updation of teamsknowledge with respect to the latest in Electronicsdevelopment
  • Be customer interfacing person forall Project deliveries on behalf of theCompany
  • Track analyze and monitor technologyperformance metrics
  • Take initiative in thoughtleadership innovation and creativity
  • Kickoffprojects and perform team alignment
  • Plan forresources skills & training required Estimation FMEA PQAactivities Reuse reviews Risk Management Testing Measures &metrics milestone meet process tailoring and soon
  • Create Process documents asneeded
  • Ensure that all deliverables assigned toteam members are completed according to planned dates and withexpected quality.
An Idealcandidate shallbe:
  • 8years experienced in Product Engineeringservices
  • 3 years exp. as Embedded Leaddevelopment in hardware and firmware
  • Worked onIoT based Embedded products
  • Experience insystem level debugging reverse engineering Linux Internals Protocollevel knowledge of interfaces
  • Should able toexecute 3 or more projects/products development worksimultaneously
  • Able to manage 2025 memberengineering team and resolve technical and peopleissues
  • Have Experience in EMI/EMC and IP gradeembedded product design
  • Experience incertification process for UL FCC CE
  • Strong atC/C embedded system development skills with 5 10 years of provenexperience in developing and debugging applications in an embeddedsystem
  • Strong in trouble shooting hands on withLab instruments like Oscilloscope function generator power supplyetc
  • Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologiesmedium to large scale embedded systems developmentprojects.
Qualification B.E./B.Techor M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & CommunicationEngineeringExperience: 57 Years in Mixedsignal Productdesign
