Unser multinationales Unternehmen stellt Kundendienstmitarbeiter ein, die im Auftrag eines unserer Kunden Anrufe entgegennehmen. 
Ihre Aufgaben sind wie folgt:


Sicherstellen, dass die Anrufe und E-Mails der Kunden ordnungsgemäß bearbeitet werden.
Das Image, die Produkte und Dienstleistungen der Marke verkörpern, fördern und verbessern.
Kenntnis, Beherrschung und Kommunikation der Verfahren und Besonderheiten der verschiedenen Produktkategorien, der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und der rechtlichen Verpflichtungen.
Befolgen Sie die Richtlinien und Verfahren des Konzerns in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Datenschutz.
Zusätzliche Verkäufe mit geeigneten Verkaufstechniken und Beratungsansätzen tätigen.
-Fähigkeit, in einem sich ständig verändernden Hotelumfeld zu arbeiten.


Gesuchtes Profil


Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache.
Ein Mindestniveau des Abiturs
Ein kaufmännisches Denken, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Fähigkeit, Vorschläge zu machen.
Erfahrung in einem Callcenter ist von Vorteil.
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Bereich der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation.
Kundenorientierte Einstellung (Lächeln, Höflichkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen, bis zum Ende zuhören, ohne den Kunden zu unterbrechen)
