Responsibilities
  • Updatecompany database with the data of new employees (e.g. Backgroundqualification skill etc).
  • Publish and removejob ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards social networkscareers pages etc).
  • Schedule prospectivecandidates job interviews and be a point of contact asrequired.
  • OnBoardingprocess
  • Respond to inquiries of employees withrespect to benefits like the precedent number of qualified vacationdaysetc.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resource Management or BusinessManagement.
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.
