  • Leadership& TeamManagement:

    • Leadcoach and develop a highperformingteam.
    • Conduct regular staff meetingsand training sessions.
    • Handle staffscheduling recruitment and performanceevaluations.

  • CustomerService:

    • Ensure ahigh level of customer satisfaction through excellentservice.
    • Address and resolvecustomer complaints and issuespromptly.

  • OperationalManagement:

    • Overseedaily store operations including opening and closingprocedures.
    • Manage inventory levelsstock replenishment and productdisplays.
    • Ensure the store is cleansafe andwellorganized.

  • FinancialManagement:

    • Developand manage the store sbudget.
    • Monitor sales performanceand implement strategies to achieve salestargets.
    • Prepare and analyze salesreports taking corrective actions whennecessary.

  • Sales&Marketing:

    • Drivesales through effective merchandising and promotionalactivities.
    • Engage with customers tounderstand their needs and drive loyaltyprograms.
    • Collaborate with themarketing team to execute instorepromotions.

  • Compliance&Safety:

    • Ensurecompliance with company policies andprocedures.
    • Maintain a safe andsecure environment for customers andstaff.
    • Adhere to all health andsafetyregulations.
