  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and manage day-to-day operations of our store.
    The successful candidate will ensure the store operates efficiently, achieves sales targets, and provides excellent customer service.



Requirements

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
    • Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations.

  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

  • Operational Management:

    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
    • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized.

  • Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the store’s budget.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, taking corrective actions when necessary.

  • Sales & Marketing:

    • Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive loyalty programs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions.

  • Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
