Aboutthe Role:

Asa Quality Check Intern at IIDE s Lower Parel office you will play acrucial role in reviewing and ensuring the quality of tasksassociated with the virtual internship program (IIDE s VirtualInternship Program is a onemonth internship welcoming participantsfrom across the globe who work on tasks assigned by variousdepartments at IIDE). In this role you will be responsible formanaging communications via WhatsApp and email providing timelyreports overseeing sessions and ensuring quality assurance. Thisposition provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to thedigital marketing and educationindustry.

WhatYoullDo:

InternshipProgramManagement:


  • Reviewand ensure the quality of tasks related to the virtual internshipprogram.

  • Handlecommunications efficiently via WhatsApp andEmail.

  • Sharetimely reports and conduct doubtsolving sessions forinterns.


Feedbackand PerformanceMonitoring:


  • Checkall intern tasks provide appropriate feedback and review completioncertificates.

  • Conductregular followups with interns to correct task feedback and submittasks by deadlines using various communicationchannels.

  • Offerfeedback and suggestions to enhance the internship programsstandards.


Researchand DataAccuracy:


  • Buildconduct and maintain comprehensive research and ensure the accuracyof data received frominterns.

  • Provideinsights to help improve the internship programs processes andoutcomes.


AdditionalDuties:


  • Takeinitiatives to improve the overall internship processes &experience.

  • Performany other reasonable duties as requested by management aligned withthe broad scope of theposition.
