  • Collaborate withbackend developers to design and implement user interfaces for webapplications using Java
  • Create and maintain UIfeatures with a focus on usability performance andreusability
  • Develop responsive web pages usingHTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular orReact
  • Optimize applications for maximum speedand scalability
  • Identify and troubleshoot UXproblems and make practical actionable and effective suggestionsfor design improvements
  • Stay updated onemerging technologies and industry trends to improve UI developmentapproaches
  • Work in an Agile environmentparticipating in sprint planning reviews andretrospectives
  • Contribute to the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle from design and implementation to testing anddeployment
  • Perform code reviews to ensure codequality and adherence to UIstandards
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define design and ship newfeatures
  • Document the development processarchitecture and standard components
  • Supportand maintain existing applications by providing technicalassistance and troubleshooting
  • Assist in UI/UXdesign and prototyping
  • Participate incontinuous learning and skill development to enhance technicalcapabilities
  • Collaborate with customer supportand business stakeholders to understand and address userneeds
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Java UI Developeror similar role
  • Proficiency in Java programminglanguage and ObjectOriented Design
  • Strongexperience in frontend development using HTML CSS andJavaScript
  • Expertise in UI design principlesand best practices
  • Experience with modernJavaScript frameworks such as Angular orReact
  • Understanding of crossbrowsercompatibility issues and ways to work aroundthem
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and APIintegration
  • Capability to optimize applicationsfor maximum speed and scalability
  • Experiencewith version control systems such asGit
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies anddevelopment practices
  • Excellent problemsolvingskills and a keen eye for detail
  • Good verbaland written communication skills
  • Ability towork in a collaborative teamenvironment
  • Experience with UI/UX design toolsand concepts is a plus
  • Certifications relatedto Java or frontend development areadvantageous
