Responsibilities:

  • Establishand cultivate strong relationships with clients acting as the gotocontact for their needs andinquiries.
  • Understand client objectives anddevelop tailored digital marketing strategies including paid adsSEO and email marketing campaigns to meet theirgoals.
  • Oversee the rollout of digital marketinginitiatives ensuring they are executed seamlessly andeffectively.
  • Monitor campaign performanceanalyze data and identify opportunities foroptimization.
  • Generate regular reports thathighlight key metrics and insights to demonstrate the effectivenessof the marketing campaigns to clients.
  • Lead ateam of marketing professionals providing guidance motivation andsupport to achieve set objectives.
  • Employanalytical thinking for datadriven decisionmaking and complexproblemsolving.
  • Contribute innovative ideas andstrategies to drive client success.
  • Staycurrent with digital marketing trends and best practices sharingknowledge and insights with theteam.
  • Efficiently utilize tools such as CRMCanva and various email platforms to enhance client communicationand streamlineprocesses.

Qualifications:

  • ABachelors degree in engineering followed by an MBA orequivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience inclient relationship management within a digital marketing agencyenvironment.
  • 12 years of handson experiencewith email marketing SEO and paid advertising on digitalplatforms.
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing strategies and principles.
  • Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and makeinformed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with adrive for innovation in ideation andproblemsolving.
  • Proven success in leading teamsto achieve results.
  • Proficiency with toolsincluding CRM software email marketing platforms andCanva.
  • Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills with an aptitude for building rapport andtrust with clients.
  • Highly organizeddetailoriented and capable of juggling multiple taskssimultaneously.
