The ManagingDirector of Investment Banking plays a critical role in shaping thestrategic direction of the organization and driving the success ofthe investment banking division. The position requires a dynamicand strategic leader who can navigate complex financial landscapeswhile fostering a culture of excellence within theteam.Role ofMD: StrategicLeadership:
  • .Providevisionary leadership to the investment banking division settingclear objectives and strategies aligned with the overallOrganizational goals.
  • Developand implement business plans ensuring the growth and profitabilityof the investment bankingsegment.
  • Stay abreast ofindustry trends market conditions and regulatory changes that mayimpact the investment bankingbusiness.
  • Build and manage astrong origination ecosystem.
Client RelationshipManagement:
  • Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with key clients institutionalinvestors and otherstakeholders.
  • Lead client pitchespresentations and negotiations ensuring the successful completionof transactions.
  • Leverage own FSGconnects to execute and completetransactions.
DealOrigination andExecution:
  • Oversee theorigination of transactions including mergers and acquisitionscapital raising and other strategic advisoryservices.
  • .Leverage the Groupsstrengths to originate and executetransactions.
  • Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and industry best practices throughoutthe deal lifecycle.
Team Leadership andDevelopment:
  • Foster acollaborative and innovative team culture encouraging continuouslearning and development.
  • Providecoaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills andcapabilities.
FinancialPerformance:
  • Driverevenue growth and profitability within the investment bankingdivision.
  • Ensure Profitabilityof the division
  • Monitor financialperformance against targets implement corrective actions whennecessary and optimize operationalefficiency.
Expertise:1. Extensive experience ininvestment banking with a proven track record of successful dealorigination and execution. (Executed at least 100transactions).
2. Strong leadership skills with theability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
3.Indepth knowledge of financial markets regulations and industrytrends.
4. Ability to manage stakeholdersexpectations.
5. Strong Principal and corporaterelationships
