We are seeking a skilled Sales & Service Cloud consultant with proven expertise in both solution design and technical implementation to meet the demands of our customer implementation needs. This role offers you the opportunity to:
- Work on global Sales & Service Cloud implementations, helping customers streamline their sales and service processes.

What you’ll do
This role will enable you to develop advanced skills in the specialized solution space of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud while providing opportunities to explore other related solutions within the CX portfolio.
As a Consultant, you will be expected to:
- Perform tasks involved in implementing SAP CX solutions based on customer requirements using predefined methodologies.
- Collaborate with customers to define innovative and future-ready business processes for Sales & Service processes across industries.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, delivering timely and high-quality consulting services.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop both functional and technical designs based on business requirements, translating them into project deliverables.
- Promote a "cloud mindset" within the team, advocating for the adoption of cloud-based solutions and services.
- Implement and advocate for a "clean core" approach, ensuring minimal customization and adherence to standard SAP best practices.
- Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving SAP CX landscape, including the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Support practice/organization-specific initiatives.
What you bring
- 6-15 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3-4 Full Life Cycle Implementations in the area of Sales & Service Cloud Solution/Roll-Outs experience.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement custom extensions for SAP C4C V1 and V2 using SAP BTP.
- Advanced knowledge of C4C UI Features (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts).
- Proficiency in SDK & CPI skills.
- Leverage CAP to create robust and scalable backend logic for C4C extensions.
- Utilize SAP Build to develop low-code/no-code applications that integrate seamlessly with C4C.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to C4C extensions.
- Continuously learn and apply the latest SAP C4C and BTP technologies and best practices.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven extensions for SAP CX solutions using SAP BTP and SAP Business AI services.
- SAP certification in CX Sales or Service Cloud.
- Experience in Agile and SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with fluency in English.
- MCA / B.Tech or B.E. degree.
Desired/Preferred Additional Expertise
- Experience in other SAP CX solutions is an added advantage.
- SAP Certifications in BTP.
- SAP Certified Associate – Backend Developer - SAP Cloud Application Programming Model.
- SAP Certified Associate – Low-Code/No-Code Developer - SAP Build.
- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions (Retail/Consumer/Utilities/Travel, etc.), Lead-To-Cash or Issue-To-Resolution processes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services).
- Solid understanding of deploying AI Core models and scaling them within SAP ecosystems.
- Experience with Generative AI models for creating innovative applications that enhance customer interactions, personalize user experiences, and automate processes.
- Proficiency in the SAP CX AI Toolkit.
- Experience in AI-powered UX development using SAP Fiori elements and SAPUI5.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Python, SAP Cloud SDK, and AI/ML tools.
