Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts for our SaaS product, similar to Zapier. You'll drive our marketing initiatives, build a marketing team, and achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand positioning and demand generation strategies.
- Lead product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Execute growth marketing strategies for significant year-over-year growth.
- Build and lead a new marketing team.
- Conduct market research to inform strategies.
- Create and optimize content for various marketing channels, including blogs, emails, and social media.
- Develop and maintain landing pages in collaboration with the design team.
- Develop and implement multiple marketing strategies, such as use case-based marketing.
- Create and promote use cases, develop sample flows, and create and promote landing pages.
- Foster and manage partnerships to drive growth.

- Successfully launched impactful products.
- Achieved substantial increases in traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Contributed to significant ARR growth.
- Established scalable marketing channels and optimized operations.

RequirementsRequired Skills and Tools
- Marketing Automation Tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier, etc.
- SEO and SEM Tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush.
- Digital Marketing: Google Ads, SEO, Content Strategy.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create landing pages and write content independently.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. ● Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to actively listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. ● Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. ● Excellent time management and organizational skills. ● Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude. ● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools are preferred. ● Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. ● No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role is essential.
