We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Property Sales Manager to join one of our esteemed client's dynamic team. As a key player in the growing property business, you will be at the forefront of connecting individuals with their dream homes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment and have a proven track record in property sales, we want to hear from you



Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the property-buying process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting unique features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transactions and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay current with market trends, property values, and industry best practices.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential property sales with a successful sales track record.
  • Hospitality industry experience will be a great advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential property market and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Local language proficiency is required.
