Job Overview
The Windows & VMware Engineer at Jio is a full-time, mid-level position located in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai. As part of our technological force, you will focus on ensuring efficient operations of Windows and VMware environments. Your role involves working with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory technologies, contributing to the stability and scalability essential for our digital infrastructure.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with VMware and Windows platforms (Mandatory skills).
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration to ensure smooth server operations.
- Active Directory Management skills for handling configurations and integrations.
- Knowledge of Active Directory for efficient domain services management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Strong communication skills for clear and concise technical and non-technical presentations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize VMware and Windows environments to support business needs.
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Implement and maintain virtual environments using VMware technologies.
- Assist with the deployment and management of cloud solutions, particularly through Microsoft Azure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve infrastructure design and deployment processes.
