About the role

The JLL Digital Products team aims to bring successful technology-based products to market in a high-growth environment. The team’s mission is focused on accelerating technology adoption in commercial real estate by bringing creative, innovative and technical solutions to solve large, complex problems for our clients. The Scrum Master is a key position on the Digital Products team, responsible for defining the key framework components for JLL’s cloud environment.



Responsibilities  

As a Senior Scrum Leader, you will be responsible for:

Build highly scalable data processing pipeline for various applications such as Bulk Ingestion, Real Time Streaming Applications and AI/ML based insights

Build roadmap in co-ordination with project owners and team leads

Work with team to break down high level objectives into manageable work tasks

Identify and manage dependencies for both internal and external teams

Assist with internal and external communication for the team and improve transparency

Setup and manage projects in JIRA

Setup and run Scrum meetings such as standup, planning/grooming, demo, retrospective, etc

Manage risk and develop mitigation plan through input from teams

Manage software releases to Dev/QA/Prod environment and ensure software meets the high-quality standards

Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices

Supporting self-organizing team and coaching the team on self-organization practices

Manage resource plan, development plan, support plan, communication plan and product release plan required for successful execution/release of different features.

Hire and retain top talent

Use technology best practices and standards to innovate and constantly improve delivered features

Experience & Education  

In order to achieve the key objectives of role, you will need the following skills and experience:

9+ years as Program Manager/Scrum Master for software development team with at least 1 year of Scaled Agile

Experience with Agile approaches (XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD) and familiarity with scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, DaD)

Experience with Agile techniques such as Epics, User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, Automated Testing, Pairing and focus on automation

Experience with managing projects for multiple teams and ensuring Agile practices are followed

Experience with situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement and increasing transparency

Experience in Hiring and retaining top talent

Experience with building roadmap and managing software releases

BS in EE or CS

Technical Skills & Competencies  

Agile approaches (XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD) and familiarity with scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, DaD)

Agile techniques such as Epics, User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, Automated Testing, Pairing and focus on automation
