What you will do

Create Test and Validation strategy in terms of Instrumentation, Hardware, Software

Design tester and bench hardware/software to evaluate analog ICs.

Bring up tester and bench set-up, debug device and setup related issues, and drive the issue to closure independently.

Do automation to reduce test and characterization time.

Perform system level and parametric tests with strong break the part mentality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to device success.

Work with assembly and test sites to release test solution for production.

Do statistical data analysis of electrical parameters and draw conclusions.

Drive improvements to achieve high production yields, test efficiency and product quality.


What you will need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics

At least 2-3 years of experience in test and validation of Analog/Mixed-signal ICs

Experience of designing PCB Hardware for test/validation

Experience with test and measurement equipment’s and ATE environment (ETS88, ETS364, J750, V93K, etc.)

Experience with bench automation environment LabVIEW, TestStand, Python

Accountability in leading and owning test and validation activity from planning phase all the way to product release.
