Job Responsibilities

1.Learning and Development

1.Creating and implementing effectiveL&D strategies that enhance employee skills and knowledge

2.This includes assessing training needsdesigning training programs utilizing various learning platformsand measuring the impact of

these programs onemployee performance and organizational productivity

3.He/she should work with external training vendors tofacilitate training in line with organizational developmentrequirements

2.Program management oforganizational initiatives across departments

1.He/she is responsible for monitoring the progress ofprojects to ensure scope and schedule is met

3.Process Reengineering and Continuous Improvement

1.Should be skilled in analyzing existingprocesses and identifying areas for improvement and implementingsolutions

2.This involves implementingcontinuous improvement as well as process reengineering initiativesto streamline operations reduce costs and enhance efficiency

4.Leadership and Management Skills

1.Proven track record of successfully leading teamsmanaging operations and fostering a positive work environment

2.Should be adept at managing stakeholders forthe initiatives and projects

3.This includessetting clear goals providing direction and motivating employees toachieve organizational objectives

Key Deliverables:

1.End to End Plan Track and report project progress forthe assigned projects

2.Coordinate with therespective stakeholders (HoDs and Sr. Managers) to ensure that

project activities are being progressed on time

3.Apply project management practices andstandards for the projects as well as

processes

4.Overall monitoring the progress of projectsto ensure scope and schedule is met

Relevant Years of Experience (Must Have)

1.12 to 15 years ofprogressively responsible management experience with at least the

last 4 years of experience in managing teams ina Senior Managerial role

2.At least 3 years ofexperience in a BPO or ITES industry

3.At least2 years of experience in Project Management

4.Good verbal and written communication skills

5.Minimum Education Qualifications Graduate

Relevant Years of Experience (Nice to Have)

1.Domain: U.S. Healthcare RCM is preferable

2.At 2 years experience with methodologies such as LeanSix Sigma or other process

improvementframeworks

3.At least 2 years of managingL&D team experience

4.At least 2 yearsof trainer experience
