Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

Facilitation of Registration for crop protection products viz., Fungicides in India for high quality regulatory submissions in order to achieve registrations in a time bound manner.     

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To maintain regularly update , regulatory registration timelines and Regulatory intelligence for India.
  • To update Veeva for Fungicides and other chemicals ( case to case basis)
  • To generate data and prepare  dossier on Chemistry , Bio-efficacy , residues. Toxicology , Packaging  via study reports summaries on Pesticides
  • MRL proformae on Pesticides for the purpose of submission to the regulatory authorities as per the submission timelines for India.
  • To assist Head -Regulatory affairs in Industry issues / Crop Life matters  
  • To contribute in preparing deficiency replies to the regulatory authority, on assigned projects
  • To prepare MRL proforma for submission to FSSAI for MRL setting
  • To prepare dossiers for export registrations, RTT/ EUPs Label extensions, endorsement applications.
  • Coordination with , Region , Global Reg managers
  • Liaison with CROs for data generation of assigned regulatory projects
  • To adhere with Syngenta’s policies of regulatory compliance and work with honesty, dedication and positive attitude.
  • To upload regulatory documents (CoR, Labels and Leaflets) in Veeva for concerned projects

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Critical Knowledge:
 

  • Good understanding of generating data of crop protection products for registration purpose.
  • Registration and regulatory data requirements .
  • Good understanding of Pesticide registrations
  • CP Regulatory guidelines of Indian regulatory framework
  • EuPs, endorsement cases , export registrations, CIB data requirement / guidelines
  • Bio stimulant regulatory frame work under FCO

Critical Skills:

  • Good understanding of scientific writing and ability to prepare compelling technical arguments.
  • Good  verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness, particularly under time pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team and learn from team members.

Critical Experience:

  • Maintaining database in consultation with regulatory collogues.
  • Compilation of Regulatory dossiers.
  • Export dossiers
  • Label extension dossiers
  • Digitization of regulatory records as per requirement.
  • Good presentation development skills
