We are seeking a talented andexperienced Odoo Software developer and Consultant with 3 to 5years of handson experience to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have a deep understanding of Odoos opensource ERP and businessmanagement software and will play a crucial role in helping ourclients optimize their business processes through Odooimplementation and customization.

KeyResponsibilities:

Consultation andRequirements Analysis:

  • Collaboratewith clients to understand their business needs andchallenges.
  • Analyzeand document client requirements andobjectives.
  • Provideexpert advice on how Odoo can address specific businessneeds.

OdooImplementation:

  • Customizeand configure Odoo modules to meet the clientsrequirements.
  • Installupgrade and maintain Odooapplications.
  • Ensuredata migration and system integration ifnecessary.

DevelopmentandCustomization:

  • Designand develop custom Odoo modules or apps as per clientneeds.
  • Modifyexisting modules to enhance functionality or userexperience.
  • Troubleshootand debug issues related to Odoodevelopment.

Testingand QualityAssurance:

  • Performrigorous testing to ensure the stability and functionality of Odoosolutions.
  • Identifyand rectify bugs and issues in a timelymanner.

TrainingandSupport:

  • Trainendusers and clients on how to effectively useOdoo.
  • Provideongoing technical support and assistance toclients.

StayInformed:

  • Stayuptodate with Odoo updates and newfeatures.
  • Continuouslyexpand your knowledge of best practices in ERPsystems.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • 3 to5 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant andDeveloper.
  • Proficiencyin Pythonprogramming.
  • Strongunderstanding of Odoo ERP modules andcustomization.
  • Experiencewith web technologies including HTML CSS andJavaScript.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalskills.
  • Strongcommunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively withclients and crossfunctionalteams.
  • Odoocertification is a plus but notrequired.
