Position 3 : STAFFNURSEPositionOverview:The Staff Nurse would focus onchildrens medical care from infancy to teenageyears.Thenurse would work as part of amultidisciplinary team providing medical care and supporttochildren during treatment.The idealcandidate will possess a deep understanding ofthehealthcare domain coupled with a passionfor childrens wellbeing to provide careKeyResponsibilities:1. PatientInteraction:a. Assess and record patientsymptoms medical histories and vital signsanddevelop care plans based on thisinformation.b. Provide emotional support topatients and their families andfacilitatecommunication with otherhealthcareprofessionals.
2.Treatment: Administer medications treatments and diagnostic testsas prescribedby physicians and otherhealthcare professionals.3.Documentation:a. Monitor and record patientprogress and adjust care plans as needed.b.Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records anddocumentation.4. Patient Safety: Ensurepatient safety by following established protocols andsafetyprocedures.5.Inventory Management: Ensure appropriate inventory at clinic levelas well as incollaboration withpharmacy6. Immunisation protocol:DeliverVaccines to all pediatric age group patients asperphysician instruction under completepatient safety protocol7. Minor procedures:Conduct minor procedures like ear piercing dressingswoundcare etc under physician guidancefollowing patient safety protocolsRequiredQualifications: Diploma / Bachelors degreein nursing (GNM/BSc) Valid registration inthe state Nursing Council from where B.Sc. Nursing / GNMwascompleted.Clinical experience in a healthcare setting(pediatric units) likehospital or clinic. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills including the ability toworkeffectively with patients families andother healthcare professionals. Ability towork under pressure and in a fastpacedenvironment. Strong critical thinking andproblemsolving skills. Ability to workindependently and as a part of a dynamicteam.
PreferredSkills: Familiarity with electronic healthrecords and other healthcaretechnologysystems.Ability to use CRM tools for tracking leads and salesprogress.
